What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Senior Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role, ready to step up as a General Manager
High-energy, performance-driven, and eager to scale operations
Strong operational leadership with a hands-on management style
Experience driving business growth, operational improvements, or transformation initiatives is a strong advantage
Preferably in your 40s (candidates below 50 years old are preferred)
Candidates from mid-sized hotel brands are preferred
Not ideal for candidates with extensive international exposure or long tenures in large luxury hotel chains

Location: Kulim, Kedah
Salary: Up to RM25,000 (depending on experience)
