• Responsible, organized and willing to learn

• Good communication skills in English & BM (Mandarin is a plus)

• Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

• Comfortable dealing with customers and follow-up on details & payment

Job Description / 工作内容

• Coordinate daily operation activities and monitor project progress

• Liaise with customers, sales team, installers and internal teams

• Coordinate with customers regarding measurement and installation schedule

• Update and maintain company calendar for project schedules

• Prepare quotations, order documents and follow up project status

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates

• Coordinate after-sales service arrangements when required

• Assist in daily administrative tasks related to operations
