Job Description

Requirements

  • SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of administrative experience are welcome

  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office / MS Word / MS Excel)

  • Mandarin fluency required; basic command of Bahasa Melayu/English needed to handle invoices and utility portals

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track tenancy agreements, rental payments, and landlord communications for all outlet locations

  • Handle utility bills (TNB, Air Selangor, Internet, waste management) and petty office/outlet disbursements

  • Coordinate the procurement of office supplies, store consumables, and general administrative upkeep

  • Organize, scan, and archive administrative contracts, receipts, and invoices for hand-over to the Finance department

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative errands, ad-hoc tasks, and inter-departmental coordination
