Job Description

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Machining, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Interested in developing practical skills in CNC machining and manufacturing.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical engineering or machining principles.
  • Able to read basic technical drawings is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of CNC machines or machining software is an added advantage.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist CNC Machinists with daily machining and production activities.
  • Learn and assist in operating CNC machines under supervision.
  • Assist with machine setup, tool preparation, and workpiece loading.
  • Learn to read and understand engineering drawings and machining specifications.
  • Assist in measuring and inspecting finished components using basic measuring tools.
  • Support basic machine maintenance and cleaning activities.
  • Assist with tool changes and other machining-related tasks under supervision.
  • Follow production, quality control, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working area.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
