We are a construction company with a subsidiary involved in petrol retail operations, and we are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle SST-related matters and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Manage e-Invoicing matters, including issuance, submission and related records.
• Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Perform daily bank, sales and transaction reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Assist the senior accountant / accounting team with bookkeeping and other accounting matters.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of accounting reports when required.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant accounting experience is required.
• Experience in SST and e-Invoicing will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliation.
• Able to work independently, systematically and meet deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
