Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting ,HR, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative and accounting background.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) .

Proficiency in SQL accounting software.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in the preparation of reports, agings , general ledge and company P&L monitoring.

Preparing quotations and E- invoices .

Handle incoming and outgoing mails .

Liaise with subcons, suppliers, and clients.
