Job Description

Requirements

  • Assist customers with their needs through incoming calls, online chats, and email channels.

  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist in resolving customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Record and follow up on customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Maintain good customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve daily work objectives in accordance with company procedures and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree, fresh graduates are welcome

  • Possess good communication skills, dare to communicate with customers

  • Patient, polite, and possess good customer service awareness

  • Possess basic problem-solving and logical thinking skills

  • Basic computer operation skills, able to familiarize with relevant systems

  • Strong learning ability, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

  • Experience in Customer Service / Call Centre / Banking / BPO is preferred
