About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Officer to join iCare Meditecq in Lukut, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in developing and executing marketing communications strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns, managing communications across multiple channels, and supporting the overall marketing objectives of the organisation. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing communications campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote iCare Meditecq's products and services

• Create engaging content including promotional materials, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral

• Manage and coordinate marketing communications activities to ensure brand consistency and message clarity

• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, reporting on key metrics and campaign effectiveness

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives

• Support the organisation's digital marketing efforts, including website updates and online advertising initiatives

• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer communication records

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies

• Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing projects and deliverables

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, marketing support, or a similar marketing role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling marketing messages

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems

• Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and communications strategy

• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics

• Creativity and innovation in developing marketing ideas and campaign concepts

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are advantageous

• Preferably experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector
