Requirements
- Minimum education level: DIPLOMA or of equivalent
- Able to work independently or under minimal supervision
- with accounting basic knowledge is preferred
- Computer literate
- Possess own transport
- Willing to travel
- Positive attitute and willing to learn
- Accountable and responsible
Able to work :
( 16th to 31st of the month)
Mon to Fri 8.30 am till 5.30 pm
Sat 5.00 am till 1.00 pm
Sun 1st & 2nd ( on call )
( 01st to 15th of the month)
Mon to Fri 5.00 am till 2.00pm
Sat 5.00 am till 1.00pm
( 01st to 31st of the month)
Mon to Fri 7.00 am till 4.00pm
Sat 7.00 am till 1.00pm
Responsibilities
- General adminstrative work- filing, following up payment and prepare statements
- Issue of invoices
- Involved accounting data key in - example Payment Vouchers key in
- ( training provided)
