Job Description

Requirements

  • To be successful for the role, you should possess a Diploma in any related discipline
  • With 1 – 2 years’ experience in tenant/ resident management/ leasing/ marketing, in well-established retail malls, offices or residences
  • You must be able to work on weekends and public holidays as and when required
  • You will work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • You should possess good communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • You must be familiar with Microsoft Office. Experience liaising with local building authorities an added advantage 

Responsibilities

  • You will support the Leasing Manager and Residence Executive in tenant management
  • Administration and leasing matters which include attending to residents’ requests & enquiries, coordinate with prospects to view the apartments, executing credit control as well as preparing tenancy documents for new/ pre-term/ expired leases
  • In addition, you will be involved in the issuance of apartment keys, maintaining updated registration of residents and liaising with authorized contractors for repair work and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
