Full Time Landscape Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Nirvana Memorial Park Selangor - Maukerja

• SPM qualification or above.

• Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia

• Training will be provided.

• Willing to work in Semenyih.

1. Ensure landscape maintenance operations comply with established management procedures.

2. Conduct regular compliance inspections of the landscape contractor's work.

3. Issue non-compliance notices or penalties to contractors when necessary.

4. Monitor the contractor's daily work to ensure all landscape maintenance zones are fully covered each month.

5. Evaluate contractor performance and work quality on a monthly basis.

6. Oversee and maintain cleanliness across all landscape zones.

7. Recommend suitable plant species for gravesites/tombs that are visually appealing yet easy to maintain.

8. Acquire and maintain working knowledge of relevant landscaping tools and equipment.

9. Ensure all park landscaping meets standard requirements, and promptly replace dead or dried plants, trees, shrubs, and grass.

10. Address and resolve all landscape-related complaints promptly.

11. Respond to and resolve e-tickets or customer feedback regarding landscaping within the stipulated timeframe.

12. Assist with landscape decoration and enhancement for events and functions.

13. Ensure strict compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements during all duties.

14. Provide rapid responses and updates for landscape issues reported via WhatsApp.

15. Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors or management.
