• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

• Prior experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in managing industrial relations and handling employee grievances.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

HR Operations Management:

• Oversee HR operations across all outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

• Oversee lifecycle for all employees, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and offboarding.

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to outlet managers to resolve operational HR matters effectively.

Payroll Management:

• Supervise the full payroll process for all employees, ensuring salaries are processed accurately and on time.

• Ensure adherence to statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, income tax) and regulatory requirements.

• Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.

Industrial Relations (IR) Management:

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues and workplace disputes in accordance with labor laws and company policies.

• Manage and oversee any IR matters, including investigations, misconduct cases and disputes with employees.

• Represent the company in IR-related negotiations, conciliations or other legal proceedings.

Compliance & Employee Relations:

• Promote a positive and respectful working environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives.

• Lead retention programs and welfare initiatives to enhance staff satisfaction and reduce turnover.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

• Track and report key HR metrics such as turnover rate, payroll costs and absenteeism to senior leadership.

• Analyse data and provide strategic recommendations to improve HR processes and operational efficiency across outlets.
