PAND.AI is hiring a marketing intern to work on A&GEL, the legal AI platform we built with Allen & Gledhill over two years. It won FT Innovative Lawyers Asia-Pacific 2026 for Innovation in Digital Legal Practice, and *************'s Legal AI Product of the Year at TechLaw.Fest 2026. In-house legal and compliance teams across the region use it for contract review, document comparison, chronology, semantic search and translation.

Why this internship is different

You will work directly with practising lawyers, both at Allen & Gledhill and inside our clients' legal and compliance teams. Rather than writing copy from a feature list, you will watch senior counsel work, ask what a capability actually saved them, and then explain it in words a lawyer would recognise as true. Lawyers read for a living and marketing gloss does not survive contact with them, which makes this an unusually good place to learn to write.

PAND.AI is an enterprise AI company in Singapore. We hold a MAS General Insurance Broking Licence, ISO 27001 and OSPAR certification, and we are an IMDA GenAI × Digital Leaders technology partner. The team is small enough that your work ships rather than sits in a deck.

What you will own

• The onboarding journey for new A&GEL subscribers, including the welcome email sequence, short guides and tutorial videos, plus tracking where new users stall
• The email engagement programme for existing subscribers, covering segmentation, drafting, scheduling and reporting on what people open, click and act on

What you will support

• Product explainers, written with the engineering team and reviewed with our legal users
• Marketing assets including one-pagers, case studies, slides, social graphics and short video
• Our monthly seminar at 80 Robinson Road FintechHub and larger industry events, from invitations through to follow-up
• Content and lead generation aimed at in-house legal and compliance audiences, including LinkedIn, blog and gated assets

What we are looking for

• Penultimate year, final year or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, law or a related field. How you write matters more than what you studied
• Clear and precise written English
• Curiosity about how the technology works, and willingness to ask an engineer or a lawyer a basic question rather than guess
• Organised, and able to follow through without being chased
• Comfortable with Canva or Figma and basic video editing, or quick to learn
• Available for occasional evening events

Useful but not expected: exposure to legal practice, financial services, AI tools or email marketing platforms.
