Malaysian citizen.

Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Minimum SPM qualification; candidates with a Diploma or Certificate in any field are welcome.

Good knowledge of mobile accessories, especially charging cables, chargers/adaptors, phone casings and screen protectors.

Hands-on experience installing screen protectors neatly and accurately.

Retail sales or customer service experience with mobile accessories is required.

Basic computer knowledge to operate our sales app and POS system.

Friendly, responsible and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to the team schedule.

Interest in technology products and gadgets is an advantage.

Provide excellent customer service and expert advice on gadget and mobile accessories.

Ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met through effective sales strategies.

Manage product inventory, including receiving, storing, and arranging items in the store.

Provide product demonstrations and detailed information to customers.

Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

Participate in product training and sales skill development organized by the company.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the sales area and ensure attractive product displays.
