Full Time Production Associate/Operator (12 Hours Shift) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in Pall Filtration Pte Ltd Singapore - Maukerja

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Secondary education with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience, or NITEC with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.

• Continuous improvement mindset and able to work and communicate effectively in a team.

• Support operations by working 12-hour rotating shifts and with occasional lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 20kg.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, including adherence to gowning requirements and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Using SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing environment

• Using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, and Word) for production reporting, documentation, and communication

The Production Associate II is responsible for carrying out production activities that adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures, and 5S methodology.

This position reports to the Production Team Leader / Production Supervisor and is part of the Pall Singapore Production Operations Team located in Benoi Sector, Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Operate machines and equipment according to required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assigned projects

• Work in a team environment to support day-to-day operations, perform preliminary troubleshooting of machines and equipment, and escalate issues as required to minimize production disruption.
