Job Description

Requirements

  • Possessed at least SPM / LCCI or equivalent / Diploma qualification
  • Able to communicate in English / BM
  • Computer literate with Skills in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Self-Motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative.
  • Interested candidates are welcome to apply online
  • Ability to interpret basic accounting principles and apply them to financial transactions.
  • At least 1 year working experience in accounting & clerical duties.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
  • Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
  • Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
  • Compile reports and general correspondences
  • Handling Admin helpdesk
  • Perform day to day administrative activities of the company
  • Maintain systematic filing system & proper handling of records and information
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the management
  • Assist in general accounting related function and duties
