18-45
- Min 2 year's experience in leading a team or retail promoters
- Energetic, pleasant personality & service oriented
- Supervising and management of employees and products
- Reporting using MS Excell
- Language English, Malay & Mandarin dialects
- Be able to travel routine basic
Responsibilities
- Sellout Target + Training (Product Knowledge, coaching + BA Supervision (Target Setting, incentive calculation, attendance tabulation, recruitment & event support)
- Oversee and manage payroll time entries and expanses to optimize regions contribution
- Recruit, Coach, counsell, discipline and train employees
- Motivate to sell, maintain store and communicate with the team
- Be organized and reinforce the learning process and work closely with training manager
Benefits

- Working hours: 9am - 6pm
