Job Description

Requirements

  • Computer literate

  • Had working experience in customer service ( No experience are welcome to apply too )

  • Attempt good soft skill

  • Able to deal with occurring travel problems, complaints

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries via email, phone, social media

  • Book transportation, arrange facilitators, prepare passes/vouchers, make hotel reservations, arrange car rental/transfer, and manage payments

  • Liaise with travellers regarding bookings, schedules and insurance

  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds

  • Update sales report and send to specified receiver daily/monthly

  • Prepare tourist or visitor information

  • Establish a good working relationship with partner’s / clients and other professionals
