Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organised E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce and retail business. The role involves managing online orders, attending to customer enquiries, maintaining our e-commerce platforms, and supporting retail marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, work independently, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Order Processing & Fulfilment
Process and manage online orders from Shopify, Shopee, RedMart, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, and phone orders.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Follow up on order-related issues and assist in resolving customer enquiries where necessary.
2. Customer Service
Attend to incoming phone calls and customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with product enquiries, order status, promotions, membership, vouchers, and redemption enquiries.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
3. E-Commerce Management
Maintain and update the company's website and e-commerce platforms.
Create and upload new products.
Update product information, pricing, promotional banners, and other online content.
Ensure product listings remain accurate and up to date.
4. Retail Marketing Support
Prepare and coordinate retail marketing materials, including promotional posters, price tags, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing collaterals.
Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, atrium fairs, roadshows, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
