Conspec Builders is a dedicated construction and project management firm committed to delivering high-quality building and engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Quantity Take-Off: Measure material quantities and performing take-offs from architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates, pricing schedules, and basic Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Tender Preparation: Compile tender documents, evaluate contractor or supplier quotations, and organize procurement files.
• Contract Administration: Assist in tracking project expenses, reviewing subcontractor documents, and preparing progress claims or variation orders.
• Site & Office Coordination: Maintain accurate project records, file cost data, and assist with general administrative duties as assigned.Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Skills: Basic ability to read construction drawings and a strong aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel).
• Soft Skills: High level of attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
