Requirements

  • Minimum SPM standard
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience
  • Prefer with Basic Account Software Knowledge
  • Prefer with Stock Inventory Knowledge
  • Prefer with Sales Admin Knowledge
  • Pleasant Personality
  • Able to converse in  English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Knowledge of computer Microsoft application

Responsibilities

  • Assist on Customer-By call & Walk-In
  • Check Payment Status before Proceed the Order
  • Prepare Quotation for Customer 
  • Prepare Job Order for Operation Team
  • Take Spare part for Operation Team
  • Monitor-Stock Level, Stock Take, Ordering Parts
  • Filing for all related documentation
  • AD-HOC JOBS
