About the role

Zahin Solutions is an authorised agency of AIA PUBLIC Takaful Bhd., based at AIA Cap Square Tower in Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for people who want to build a professional practice of their own as an AIA Life Planner, helping Malaysian families and employers put Shariah-compliant takaful protection in place.

This is an agency role, not a salaried position. Income comes from commission on certificates arranged, together with allowance schemes and performance incentives, subject to eligibility and scheme terms.

What you will do

• Meet families and business owners to understand what they need to protect, and recommend takaful plans that fit
• Explain each plan in full, including terms and exclusions, before anyone signs
• Follow up and look after your clients over the years, not just at the first meeting
• Build your own client portfolio with coaching from experienced planners

How the first year works

• Month 1: onboarding and preparation for the Takaful Basic Examination
• Months 2 to 12: client planning meetings, coaching sessions and portfolio building, with experienced planners joining your first client meetings
• Year 2 onwards: progression towards Unit Manager and agency development, subject to qualification

Who this suits

It suits people who are comfortable being the one who follows up, who can talk calmly about difficult subjects such as illness or income stopping, and who want to build something of their own. It does not suit someone looking for a side income between other commitments. The first year is mostly groundwork.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree
• Aged 21 and above, Malaysian citizen
• A professional, ethical approach and good communication skills
• Own transport and a laptop or tablet
