Full Time Automotive Counter Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in POSH MOMENTS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

About the role

Automotive Counter Clerk / Admin position in a car workshop environment. You will be the point of contact for customers at the workshop counter, handling inquiries and coordinating vehicle service and repair operations.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers at the workshop counter and provide friendly, professional service.
• Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, receipts and payment records.
• Create and update customer and vehicle records.
• Prepare job orders and coordinate with supervisor & mechanics on vehicle service and repairs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and assist with parts ordering when required.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, repair approvals and vehicle collection.
• Handle customer payments accurately.
• Assist with basic marketing promotional activities.
• Monitor parts, consumables and basic inventory records.
• Perform general administrative and data-entry duties.

About you

• Minimum SPM / equivalent, no experience required.
• Automotive workshop or service centre experience is an advantage
• Administrative, customer service or retail experience is welcome
• Basic computer skills, good communication, teamwork and customer service skills
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work Mon – Sat | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Sunday off.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Willing to learn basic automotive terminology and workshop procedures
