Job Summary

Support digital transformation by assisting in developing Generative AI solutions and automation tools. Contribute to AI development, testing, and integration while supporting process improvements and user training across the organization.

Responsibilities

AI Development & Learning

• Assist in developing Generative AI solutions such as chatbots, automation tools, and document processing systems to enhance business functions
• Support testing, debugging, and improving AI applications to ensure reliable outputs
• Learn and assist in integrating AI solutions into existing business processes to drive digital transformation
• Research and stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends to inform development efforts

Digital Transformation Support

• Support digitalization and process improvement projects across departments to increase efficiency
• Assist in identifying automation and workflow enhancement opportunities to optimize operations
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation to ensure timely delivery

Software & User Support

• Assist in software implementation and perform basic system configuration to support digital tools
• Prepare user guides and support materials to facilitate user adoption
• Support internal user training and onboarding for new digital tools to enhance team capabilities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines
• Internship, school project, or hands-on experience in AI, automation, or programming is advantageous
