Full Time SENIOR LIGHTING PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Soul Lighting Selangor - Maukerja

Soul Lighting Sdn Bhd is looking for a Senior Lighting Procurement Executive to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in lighting procurement, sourcing and supplier management who understands lighting products and can independently manage purchasing activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle procurement and sourcing of lighting products and related materials for projects.
• Source and evaluate lighting suppliers, manufacturers and brands locally and overseas.
• Research and identify new lighting products based on project and customer requirements.
• Review lighting specifications, quotations, pricing, MOQ and lead time.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and suitable delivery terms.
• Compare supplier quotations and recommend suitable products based on price, quality and availability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project and Technical teams to understand project requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure lighting materials are delivered according to project schedules.
• Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier networks.
• Monitor lighting market trends, new products and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and better procurement efficiency.
• Ensure procurement records and documentation are properly maintained.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or purchasing.
• Experience in the lighting industry is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of lighting products, specifications and suppliers.
• Experience dealing with lighting manufacturers, distributors or suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of pricing, quotation comparison and supplier evaluation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects/orders.
• Good attention to detail and follow-through.
