Full Time Retail Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in A DAY MEDIA Selangor - Maukerja

• Location: 1. Coalfield Retail Park, 2. Pavillion Damansara Height
• welcoming customers into the shop
• assisting customers to find desired items
• advising customers on new products and encouraging them to buy them
• receiving and processing shipments and deliveries
• organising merchandise and restocking depleted shelves so they're attractive to shoppers
• informing shoppers about ongoing sales, promotions and discounts to increase revenue
• keeping up to date with product information to advise customers and make recommendations effectively
• auditing the price of inventory regularly
• managing point-of-sale processes
• describing the features and benefits of products to shoppers to increase sales
• addressing and resolving shoppers' complaints, such as returns and refunds, to improve satisfaction and loyalty
• performing cleaning duties at the end of shifts
• assisting the shop manager with miscellaneous duties

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
