Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field

8–12 years’ experience in tour operations and management, including 4–6 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Tour Operations Manager

Energetic and forward-thinking leader with proven ability to inspire and engage teams

Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in revenue growth, yield management, and cost optimization

Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced operational environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with staff, guests, and stakeholders

Passionate about sustainability, cultural awareness, and delivering meaningful guest experiences

Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature.

Develop and execute comprehensive transportation plans for tour packages, ensuring seamless logistics and optimal routes for all travel arrangements.

Manage and maintain relationships with transportation vendors, including airlines, bus companies, and taxi services, negotiating favorable rates and service level agreements.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the transportation department, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand tour requirements and customize transportation solutions to meet client needs and expectations.

Monitor transportation budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality or safety.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any transportation-related issues or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, new transportation technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve operational efficiency and service offerings.

Lead and mentor a team of transportation coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
