Salary: Basic S$4,000–S$6,000 per month + Commission

Our client is looking for an experienced Advertising Media Sales Manager to grow its advertising business across digital and other media platforms. You will develop sales strategies, win new clients, grow key accounts and guide a sales team towards its revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advertising sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective advertisers.
• Manage key accounts, understand client objectives and propose tailored advertising solutions.
• Work with marketing, creative and operations teams to deliver campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts for senior management.
• Mentor junior sales team members and support their performance.
• Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 6–7 years of advertising or media sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Proven ability to win new business, grow client accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of digital, social, print or other media platforms and integrated advertising campaigns.
• Strong client relationship, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage sales priorities and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting or digital campaign metrics would be an advantage.
