Full Time Assistant Tax Manager (10k-5 days) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Oversee tax compliance for both domestic and foreign entities, which involves working with external tax advisors to draft, examine, and submit direct and indirect tax returns.
• Support the drafting, review, and external coordination of the group's transfer pricing documentation and Country-by-Country Reporting, ensuring adherence to guidelines and local statutory requirements.
• Draft, verify, and lodge indirect tax filings for all local and overseas subsidiaries.
• Compile and assess recurring current and deferred tax provisions for both domestic and international operations.
• Communicate with tax authorities regarding assessments, appeals, audits, or investigations as needed.
• Assist with the statutory financial audit process and the preparation of audited financial statements.
• Scrutinize contracts and agreements, providing tax-related advice or flagging potential tax implications in response to ad-hoc inquiries.
• Participate in tax-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Take primary responsibility for managing all tax compliance matters.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties and tasks as reasonably required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required, along with recognized professional credentials such as the Accredited Tax Practitioner(Income Tax)
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience is expected, including at least 3 years specifically in transfer pricing—ideally gained within an international multinational corporation (MNC).
• A solid working knowledge of transfer pricing principles is essential.
• Proficiency in Oracle, HFM, and OA systems is necessary for handling routine operational tasks.
• Candidates must have comprehensive expertise in US GAAP, along with strong command of MS Excel, MS Word, and the ability to deliver effective presentations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are a must, coupled with a genuine commitment to producing high-quality outcomes.
