Health & Certification: Undergo mandatory medical screening (such as typhoid vaccination) and obtain food handler certifications upon hire if not already possessed.

Tech Literacy: Able to learn and navigate digital tools, including the restaurant’s tablet/computer POS system and inventory software.

Floor Alertness: Able to stay focused during long shifts to monitor the storefront, and keep operations running smoothly.

Hygiene Oversight: To have high awareness of cleanliness standards, with the responsibility to ensure the kitchen helpers keep the equipment and prep areas spotless.

Communication & Leadership: Able to communicate and lead the team through the workday. Handle walk-in customers politely.

1. System Monitoring & Counter Operations

• Cashless POS Management: Operate the digital tablet/computer POS system to process counter orders.

• Customer Service Coordination: Greet walk-in customers politely, assist with digital ordering queries, and ensure smooth self-service pickups at the counter. Handle customer feedback and complaints.

2. Inventory Management & Floor Oversight

• Stock & Inventory Audits: Track daily stock levels via the inventory software and cross-check ingredient delivery logs for complete accuracy.

• Hygiene Compliance Enforcement: Oversee the shop floor and audit the kitchen helper's cleaning routines to ensure machines and prep zones remain spotless.

• Quality & Freshness Verification: Inspect and maintain quality of food coming out of kitchen.

3. Teamwork & Operational Support

• Floor Delegation & Rules: Instruct and lead the kitchen helper team through the workday, ensuring all kitchen processes follow store rules.
