Requirements:

• Passionate about beverages and customer service, with a cheerful, proactive attitude. Reliable, respectful and open to learning and feedback.

• Previous café, barista, beverage or F&B experience is an advantage. Able to communicate with customers and teammates in the languages required by the outlet.

• Available for rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with reliable travel arrangements. Willing to follow company SOPs, food hygiene and grooming standards.

• Salary depending on the outlet, experience and agreed package (Basic salary and any conditional allowances will be explained separately)

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes, training and quality standards.

• Welcome customers, take orders, assist with payments and maintain accurate daily records and assigned administrative paperwork.

• Keep the outlet clean and organised; assist with restocking, opening, closing and proper shift handovers.

• Training for entry-level crew and practical experience in beverage preparation and customer service.
