We are looking for a friendly, energetic and customer-oriented Tea Barista to join our team at Bukit Jalil. You will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, serving customers and ensuring a pleasant experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, beverages and other drinks according to company standards.

• Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment and work area.

• Ensure ingredients, beverages and supplies are properly prepared and maintained.

• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately when required.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and company operating procedures.

• Assist with stock checking, replenishment and basic inventory management.

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide good customer service.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
