Full Time Sales & Events Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,200 in M Resort & Hotel WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and/or events management within the hotel or hospitality industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales and event execution.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for rooms, food & beverage, and events.

Manage and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial client contact to post-event follow-up.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports.

Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery of services for events and group bookings.

Host site inspections and client entertainment events.
