Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote products/services.
- Follow up with customers and respond to inquiries to drive conversions.
- Keep accurate daily records of lead status and activities.
- Work closely with the team to support sales goals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive, confident, and results-driven.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle objections and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, within the same industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry products, services, is an advantage.
