What you'll learn:

You will leave with practical, hands on experience of how a regional ecommerce supply chain actually runs.

• How print production works across offset, digital, large format and promotional products, from file to finished item.
• Production planning in practice: SLAs, job prioritisation and capacity trade offs under real deadlines.
• Supplier management with external print partners and 3PL providers across three countries.
• Structured problem solving through complaint investigation and root cause analysis.
• Direct mentorship from the Operations Team Lead, plus an internship completion letter and reference on successful completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and send print jobs to trade printer partners, checking files, specifications, quantities and due dates before release.
• Build manual gang imposition layouts for offset jobs; full training on imposition software provided.
• Back up job sending across other production streams: same day orders, custom jobs, offset booklets, single jobs, promotional items for Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, and large format.
• Check automated job sends, resolve failures or jobs needing manual handling.
• Monitor production progress against SLAs and flag jobs at risk of delay.
• Prioritise and resequence jobs based on due dates, urgent or same-day orders.
• Follow up with print partners on job status and escalate issues to the Operations Team Lead when needed.
• Manage top-ups of prepaid supplier accounts to prevent job delays.
• Build day-to-day working relationships with print partners.
• Investigate customer complaints about production quality, 3PL delivery and in-house process errors; gather facts (photos, job files, tracking history) and recommend resolutions.
• Coordinate agreed fixes with partners and internal teams and follow through until closure; log each case and root cause to prevent repeats.
• Keep job trackers and records accurate and up to date; support other operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields).
• Available full time for the whole internship period, including handover weeks.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to juggle several time-sensitive tasks and follow up persistently.

Internship details:

• Duration: About 4 months (mid November 2026 to mid March 2027).
• Employment type: Full time internship, on site.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.

Gogoprint is a regional online printing company serving businesses across Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, handling end-to-end print orders through a network of print partners and an in-house team. As a Production Coordinator Intern, you will run the daily flow of print jobs from order to finished product over a roughly four-month onsite internship, coordinating job dispatch, monitoring production schedules and supporting complaint resolution while reporting to the Operations Team Lead.
