Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and air conditioning systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with HVAC equipment.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.

Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls promptly.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC equipment as needed.
