6. Priority given to those with experience in university class management or the training industry.

Project Organization:

1、Develop a work plan based on key work points and the actual situation of the project, and regularly summarize the work;

2、Responsible for organizing training preparations, hosting class training sessions, and ensuring the smooth progress of the training;

3、Focus on key project issues, including creating an overall training atmosphere, etc.

Professional Support:

4、Planning and organizing participant activities (including planning proposals, participant enterprise visits, outdoor training, mobile classrooms, business inspections, salons);

5、Responsible for supervising and guiding participants to complete homework for respective courses, ensuring the effective transformation of learned content;

6、Responsible for organizing outstanding participants into enterprises, including planning for enterprise service content.

Sales Support:

7、Responsible for sales support for open courses, through demand excavation and analysis of prospective participants, matching them with corresponding product solutions.
