Full Time Outlet Manager (Hotpot) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 + additional compensation in Bangmang Outsourcing WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum 4–6 years of relevant F&B or restaurant experience, including at least 2–3 years in an outlet manager, restaurant manager, or equivalent leadership role.

Must be a Malaysian citizen.

Experience managing high-volume restaurants or hotpot operations is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Proficient in managing operational KPIs, staff scheduling, inventory, and cost control.

Mandarin communication skills are an advantage; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with service, food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters.

Monitor sales performance, labour costs, inventory usage, wastage, and overall operating expenses.

Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and maintain high customer service standards.

Ensure consistent implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and company policies.

Prepare operational reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with management to improve outlet performance.
