Full Time WAREHOUSE MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in TASCO Berhad Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Plant Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the storage, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee daily inventory activities, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation.
• Production Support: Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure raw materials are staged and available for manufacturing schedules. Prevent production downtime through proactive material planning.
• Warehouse Operations: Manage the layout of the warehouse to maximize space utilization and efficiency. Oversee the receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff (including forklift operators, pickers, and leads). Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA standards, plant safety protocols, and housekeeping (5S) requirements. Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers. Ensure timely loading and unloading of trucks to avoid detention fees.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and increase throughput.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and safe operation of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing plant environment.
• Able to work at Bandar Enstek (Nilai)
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and WMS software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and inventory reporting.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
