Full Time Accountant (HQ) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in SOTC PLAY & DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

SOTC Play & Development Sdn. Bhd. (Playvelope) is a dynamic special needs intervention and educational centre committed to empowering children with diverse developmental needs through personalized, evidence-based approaches.

Due to our business expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Accountant to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering early intervention and individualized learning support.

• To prepare balance sheet & income statement (Profit & Loss) of the company, payroll report (salary, overtime, claims, EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB), company debts report
• To key in and update petty cash.
• To check cash flow balance from Autocount to make sure all cash sales key-in correctly.
• To draft and prepare annual budget for next year every 10th May & 10th November.
• To analyze and review company financial, plan & prepare report for bonus & increment every 10th May & 10th November.
• To prepare and create for monthly invoices .
• To check petty cash every branch .
• To plan monthly sales target .
• To cross check calculation and monthly payment for payroll process.
• To process payment for all staff salary, EPF contribution, SOCSO & EIS contribution & PC
• To prepare cash reserve to transfer to other company bank account every 10th for company savings.
• To perform Account and company financial internal audit.
• To check and review car expenses of all branches (RFID, Touch n Go, fuel card).
• To prepare tax reduction planning for company.
• To prepare and create Invoice & Receipt

Job requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification
• For those without an accounting degree, professional accounting qualifications such as Chartered Accountant, CIMA, MIA is highly required
• Minimum of Three (3) Years relevant work experience in accounting, audit, or related fields is typically required
• Familiar with accounting software i.e Autocount
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and provide insights for business decision-making.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records or reports
• Willing to work in Senawang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
