Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Bafang International Travel Sdn Bhd, focusing on the Malaysian market and potentially expanding to regional markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate travel accounts, group bookings, and specialized tour packages, by actively prospecting and networking within the tourism industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service, proactive communication, and effective problem-solving.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using this information to refine sales pitches and product offerings.
Utilize booking systems and travel planning software proficiently to manage itineraries, process bookings accurately, and provide clients with comprehensive travel solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively highlight the company's unique selling propositions and attract new customers.
