Full Time TECHNICAL DESIGNER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Rekabrick (M) Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a high-performing Technical Designer with strong architectural and construction knowledge who can translate design intent into accurate, practical and construction-ready technical drawings.

You should be able to understand a project beyond the drawing - identify technical issues early, coordinate practical solutions and ensure drawings are aligned with actual site conditions and construction requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate and construction-ready technical drawings and details.
• Conduct site measurements and verify actual site conditions.
• Identify drawing, site and constructability issues before execution.
• Develop practical technical solutions while considering design intent, cost and buildability.
• Coordinate technical information and drawing revisions with relevant project stakeholders.
• Provide technical clarification and support during construction.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, documentation and proper revision control.
• Take ownership of assigned work and deliver within required timelines with minimum errors and rework.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience in architecture, residential construction, renovation or Design & Build.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, materials and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant architectural software.
• Strong site awareness and ability to translate actual site conditions into technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and technical judgement.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Proactive, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
