Requirements
- Follow up on leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and other advertising platforms.
- Contact potential customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Understand customers’ health needs and current concerns.
- Introduce the company’s health courses, assessments, and packages.
- Guide and follow up with customers throughout the process, from consultation to enrolment.
- Continue following up with customers who do not make an immediate purchase.
- Record customer details, consultation notes, and sales results.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Assist in arranging courses, consultations, and health assessments.
- Ensure a smooth client handover to dietitians, doctors, and the relevant team members.
- Prepare weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, appointments, and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
- Comfortable proactively contacting customers through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Good Mandarin communication skills.
- Able to close sales, not only respond to customer enquiries.
- Patient and consistent in following up with customers.
- Able to understand customer needs instead of pushing packages aggressively.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with KPIs.
- Interested in health, nutrition, and chronic disease management.
- English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are an added advantage.
- Experience in sales related to health, insurance, beauty, education, or medical services is preferred.
