Full Time Senior Production Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Quick ED Services Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for experience in Additive Manufacturing (3D printing).

Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of 3D printers, including FDM and SLA technologies, with experience in large-format FDM printers being a significant advantage.

Demonstrated ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on 3D printers, including tasks such as replacing hotends, belts, bed leveling, and managing resin tanks.

Experience with 3D scanning equipment and scan-to-mesh software, as well as proficiency in 3D modeling and design software such as Blender, ZBrush, Meshmixer, Fusion 360, or Netfabb.

Ability to read and interpret job sheets, checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and high-quality production output.

Experience in supervising junior technicians, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Skills in managing job scheduling, stock management, and basic purchasing for production supplies and consumables.

Familiarity with creating and maintaining maintenance logs, production trackers, and Quality Control (QC) checklists to document processes and identify areas for improvement.

Understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing design, or product design principles as they relate to 3D printing applications.

Operate and maintain various 3D printers including FDM and SLA technologies, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on 3D printers, including hotend replacement, belt tensioning, bed leveling, and resin tank cleaning, to minimize downtime.

Supervise and train junior technicians on 3D printing processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment.

Manage production workflow by interpreting job sheets and checklists, scheduling print jobs efficiently, and ensuring timely completion of prototypes and final products.

Conduct quality control checks on finished prints using QC checklists and visual inspection, identifying and rectifying any defects to meet customer specifications.

Maintain accurate production records, including a detailed maintenance log and production tracker, to monitor equipment status and output.

Assist with stock management of raw materials (e.g., filaments, resins) and spare parts, and contribute to purchasing decisions based on production needs and inventory levels.

Utilize 3D scanning equipment and scan-to-mesh software (e.g., Meshmixer) for reverse engineering or model preparation tasks as required by production orders.

Collaborate with the design team to review mechanical and manufacturing designs, providing feedback on printability and suggesting design modifications using CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360, Blender, ZBrush).
