Assist in the daily operations of the 3D printing production line, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.

Operate and monitor various 3D printers, including FDM and SLA technologies, to produce high-quality prototypes and parts.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on 3D printers and associated equipment to minimize downtime.

Prepare 3D models for printing using software such as Meshmixer or Netfabb, ensuring printability and accuracy.

Conduct quality checks on finished products, identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and best practices in the manufacturing facility.

Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to innovative solutions in additive manufacturing.

Gain hands-on experience with 3D scanning technologies and assist in data acquisition and processing.

Support the team in model making and post-processing of 3D printed parts, including support removal and finishing.

Develop a foundational understanding of different 3D printing materials and their applications.
