Full Time Production Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Prima Packaging Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Resource Coordination: Assist the Factory Manager in coordinating resources such as machines, manpower, and process technology to ensure that customer quality and delivery requirements are met.
• Production Planning & Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and control production activities to ensure timelines and output targets are met.
• Non-Conformance Management: Identify and implement corrective actions for any non-conformance found during production to maintain high-quality standards.
• Troubleshooting & Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in day-to-day production operations to minimize downtime.
• Maintenance Oversight: Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
• Project Leadership: Lead the Technical Committee for Special Technical Projects, contributing to the success of key technical initiatives.
• Quality Control: Ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality control standards throughout the production process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong technical skills in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
