Job Description:

• Identify and engage high-potential students and fresh graduates through universities, job portals, social media and professional networks
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and onboarding
• Build strong partnerships with universities, career centres and student organisations
• Plan and support career fairs, campus talks, networking sessions and other early-career recruitment initiatives
• Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey
• Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and identify candidates who fit the role and culture
• Support employer-branding campaigns and create content that strengthens SearchAsia’s presence among graduate talent
• Track recruitment data, market trends and campaign performance to improve hiring outcomes

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource, Humanities, Social Sciences or a related discipline
• A confident communicator with a keen eye for identifying potential
• Genuine passion for people, talent and meaningful conversations
• A collaborative team player who contributes positively to shared goals
• Possess growth mindset with the drive to learn, improve and embrace challenges
• A strong track record of involvement and achievement in co-curricular activities
