JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, convenience store, cashier or customer service will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic numeracy skills and able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the outlet's operating schedule.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and handling/replenishing stock.
• Able to follow instructions and company procedures.
• Candidates with no prior experience are also encouraged to apply.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring the store is clean, well-organised and properly stocked while providing good customer service to all customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the daily operations of the BuraqMart outlet.
• Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle cashier and payment transactions accurately.
• Arrange, replenish and display merchandise according to store requirements.
• Check product stock levels, expiry dates and product conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store and assigned areas.
• Assist with receiving, checking and arranging incoming stock.
• Monitor and report damaged, expired or missing items to the supervisor.
• Assist in stock counting and inventory activities.
• Support promotional activities and ensure promotional items are properly displayed.
• Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines and operational standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
