Responsibilities
Accurately measure and quantify materials and work progress to support project cost control
Perform pre-tender and post-tender administrative tasks to ensure smooth tendering processes
Manage, measure, and value work completed on site to maintain accurate project records and budgets
Prepare and submit claims to clients to secure timely payments and resolve contract matters
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction.
Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
