Full Time Marketing - Customer Services Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Yih Seng Trading Perak - Maukerja

Job Scope:

• Manage customer enquiries across WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Handle product enquiries, sales support and after-sales service.
• Maintain good customer relationships and follow up on customer issues.
• Assist with product promotion, campaigns and sales activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
• Assist with booth and event planning, including campaigns, promotions and booth setup.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
